• [SIZE & MATERIAL] - 5" or 6” diameter, made from 1/4” thick premium birch wood, Each wood will have some variation in the grain and color/tone to it as well as marks in the wood, also small knots due to the nature of the wood. Each pieces varies due to the nature of the wood. Wood isn't pefect. The Name is made from 1/8" acrylic. ~ This one product is double-sided! Front is name only and back is name with birth stat lines to fill out! -- we do NOT send replacement due to natural defects of the wood.
• [WHAT TO USE] - We recommend ONLY using a regular ink pen, nothing else. Display when baby is born at the hospital then place on dresser or shelf in their nursery.
• [CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER] - Click CUSTOMIZE to put in the first name, then middle or last names then pick the size you want. Only the first name will be in the acrylic color of your choice. ** If first name has letter i or j the dot WILL always be connected just like shown in photo "Sophia". Do NOT put first name in all caps or order will be canceled!
